Buyer Shipping Costs
Shipping costs cover the expense of getting your item from us to you. These costs will be included in the price breakdown at the time you place your purchase. Rates are based on the average size and weight of a shoe box. Some larger and or heavier items will incur additional shipping costs.
Depending on your location, orders are typically shipped via Aramex, UPS, DPEX, FedEx, DHL, S.F. Express, Speed Post (EMS), or Air Mail. In specific circumstances, other couriers may occasionally be utilized.
As a buyer, you agree to be solely responsible for paying all applicable local, state, federal, or international customs fees and taxes, including but not limited to sales taxes, that may be incurred with your purchase transaction.
We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes, so please note that your orders may incur customs charges.
If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made, and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.

Sales Taxes / VAT
We ship to most destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on the site do not include applicable taxes and duties. Customers are solely responsible for paying these charges, including but not limited to import duties and customs fees.
We will collect sales or use tax (collectively “Sales Tax”) and Value-Added Tax (VAT) on purchases of taxable items from buyers located in certain jurisdictions where we have determined that we have a legal obligation to collect taxes for such purchases for some countries. In these jurisdictions, we will remit the tax collected from buyers to the appropriate taxing authority. In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, applicable tax laws may require sellers or buyers to collect, remit, or pay taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. These taxes apply to all purchases of taxable items in applicable jurisdictions, even for current offers completed later.
Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax, while other states may exclude shipping fees.
Australia
We are required to collect and remit a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on specific orders shipped to addresses in Australia where the total value of the order, including shipping costs, is less than or equal to AUD 1,000.
If an order is shipped to an address in Australia and the total order value (including shipping costs) exceeds AUD 1,000, VAT and duties may be collected at the Australian border agency.
United States
We collect sales tax on sales of taxable items shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision. We will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.
Sales tax will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers completed at a later time.
Processing Time
The tracking number is generally provided within 7-10 business days, subject to seller fulfillment and quality control processes. Please note that your product must first be shipped from our retailer partners to our quality control centers for final inspection before being dispatched to you.
Processing times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, border restrictions, natural disasters, or delays from third-party logistics providers.
Maximum Order Quantity
The maximum order quantity is limited to one (1) unit per order, as items may be sourced from different suppliers. All orders are subject to availability, and selected items are only reserved once the checkout process is complete and the order is confirmed.
Additional Information
➔ We do not accept the following address types: P.O. Box, Military Base Box, Air Base Box, Navy Base Box, APO/FPO Box, or any other box-style addresses. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid residential address when placing your order.
➔ Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
➔ We do not offer cash on delivery services. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
➔ Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs agency or returned to us. Surcharges will be applied. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy, with deductions for all applicable return surcharges, taxes, and duties incurred. In certain cases, no refund will be available if these charges exceed the order’s total value or if the shipment is discarded.
➔ Please be aware that shipments may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including limited flight schedules, customs clearance procedures, weather-related disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage customers to monitor their shipments and reach out if further assistance is required.
Shipping Fee and Delivery Time
We ship most of the orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis (except to Mexico, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates); tax, duties, and customs fees are not included in the order value.
